NOTICE REGARDING DISPUTE RESOLUTION FOR US RESIDENTS: MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. THEY CONSTITUTE A BINDING LEGAL CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND SCHENGEN HOLIDAYS LTD / DREAM ROUTES. IF YOU RESIDE IN THE UNITED STATES OR ARE ACCESSING OUR SERVICES FROM THE UNITED STATES, SECTION 14 CONTAINS A MANDATORY INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER GOVERNED BY THE UNITED STATES FEDERAL ARBITRATION ACT (FAA), 9 U.S.C. § 1 ET SEQ. THIS PROVISION REQUIRES THAT DISPUTES BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION RATHER THAN IN A COURT OF LAW OR BEFORE A JURY, AND PROHIBITS CLASS ACTIONS, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTIONS, OR CONSOLIDATED PROCEEDINGS. YOU HAVE A 30-DAY RIGHT TO OPT OUT OF ARBITRATION AS SPECIFIED IN SECTION 14.
If you do not agree to all provisions contained within these Terms, do not access our website, book our services, or submit personal documents. For questions or written opt-out notices, contact: info@schengenholidays.co.uk.

- Mutual Assent: By browsing our website, requesting a quotation, providing personal/passport information, executing a payment, or communicating with our concierge specialists, you explicitly affirm that you have read, comprehended, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
- Confirmation: A contract is formally concluded once payment (deposit or full sum) is recorded and an official booking confirmation or case receipt is transmitted electronically.
2. Role as Independent Travel Intermediary & Non-Governmental Disclaimers
Independent Third-Party Intermediary: Dream Routes operates exclusively as an independent, private travel concierge and intermediary booking agent. We act as an agent between you and third-party travel service providers ("Suppliers"), including commercial airlines, hotel operators, rail carriers, private chauffeur operators, and travel insurance underwriters. Contracts for air carriage, lodging, and ground transfers are entered into directly between you and the respective Supplier.
WE ARE A PRIVATE INDEPENDENT COMMERCIAL COMPANY. WE ARE NOT A GOVERNMENT AGENCY, CONSULATE, EMBASSY, OR DIPLOMATIC MISSION. WE ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH, ENDORSED BY, OR CONNECTED TO THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF STATE, U.S. CITIZENSHIP AND IMMIGRATION SERVICES (USCIS), U.S. CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION (CBP), ANY EMBASSY OF A SCHENGEN MEMBER NATION, OR DIPLOMATIC VISA PROCESSING CONTRACTORS (INCLUDING VFS GLOBAL, TLSCONTACT, OR BLS INTERNATIONAL).
NO LEGAL ADVICE (UNAUTHORIZED PRACTICE OF LAW DISCLAIMER): DREAM ROUTES DOES NOT ENGAGE IN THE PRACTICE OF LAW. OUR SERVICES ARE STRICTLY CONFINED TO LOGISTICAL TRAVEL COORDINATION, ADMINISTRATIVE APPLICATION FORM FILLING UNDER CLIENT INSTRUCTION, DOCUMENT ORGANIZATION, AND EMBASSY APPOINTMENT ACQUISITION. NOTHING COMMUNICATED BY OUR CONCIERGE OR PUBLISHED ON OUR WEBSITE CONSTITUTES LEGAL ADVICE OR AN IMMIGRATION COUNSEL OPINION. CLIENTS SEEKING LEGAL COUNSEL MUST RETAIN AN ATTORNEY ADMITTED TO PRACTICE LAW.
3. United States Seller of Travel & Consumer Protection Disclosures
To the extent Dream Routes offers travel packages, international flight vouchers, or lodging to residents of the United States, we adhere to recognized statutory standards governing travel intermediaries:
- California Seller of Travel Law Notice (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 17550 et seq.): If transportation or other services are canceled by the third-party transportation carrier or travel provider without fault on your part, all sums paid to Dream Routes for services not provided or delivered will be promptly refunded, unless you advise Dream Routes in writing after cancellation by the carrier to apply such funds toward alternative travel.
- Florida Seller of Travel Act (Fla. Stat. § 559.926 et seq.): Dream Routes operates as an intermediary arranging travel. When you make a reservation, client funds dedicated to third-party accommodations and flights are transmitted directly to the primary supplier or held in segregated trust banking accounts.
- Washington & Other State Disclosures: In accordance with applicable state seller of travel statutes (including Washington RCW 19.138, Iowa Code § 9D, and Hawaii HRS § 468L), detailed written confirmations, ticket vouchers, and supplier contact details are issued upon full settlement of bookings.
- Mandatory Travel Insurance Recommendation: In accordance with US Department of Transportation (DOT) and industry guidelines, we strongly advise all travelers to purchase comprehensive travel protection insurance covering trip cancellation, trip interruption, emergency medical evacuation, and lost luggage.
4. Client Eligibility, Representation & Prohibited Conduct
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your state of residence) to book services or enter into binding agreements with us.
- Accuracy of Records: You represent and warrant that all personal data, identity documentation, passport copies, financial disclosures, and employment records submitted to us are 100% authentic, lawful, current, and truthful.
- Zero-Tolerance Fraud Prohibition: Submitting fabricated bank statements, forged company letters, counterfeit identity cards, or stolen credit cards is strictly prohibited. Engaging in identity fraud constitutes a federal crime under United States law (18 U.S.C. § 1028) and applicable federal fraud statutes. Any suspected fraudulent activity will result in immediate service termination without refund, notification to diplomatic visa authorities, and reporting to federal and international law enforcement agencies (including the FBI, US Department of Homeland Security, and international authorities).
- Professional Decorum: Verbal abuse, harassment, discrimination, or threats directed toward our staff or affiliates will cause immediate account suspension and cancellation of active services without liability.
5. Booking, Pricing, Currency & Fair Credit Billing Compliance
- Upfront Price Transparency: We operate in full compliance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines regarding fee disclosures. The service fees displayed on our website or quoted by concierge represent our official administrative and consultation rates. Statutory government visa fees and diplomatic center charges may be collected on behalf of sovereign authorities or paid directly by the client at the biometric appointment.
- Currency & Conversion: Prices may be quoted in British Pounds Sterling (£ GBP), United States Dollars ($ USD), or Euros (€ EUR). Where payments are processed across international currencies, real-time banking foreign exchange rates and card issuer cross-border transaction fees apply.
- Approved Payment Channels: Payments must be remitted via approved payment gateways (major credit cards, debit cards, authorized wire transfers). We do not accept unverified cash deposits or informal payment channels.
- Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA) & Chargeback Protocol: Under the US Fair Credit Billing Act (15 U.S.C. § 1666), cardholders hold statutory inquiry rights. However, before filing a credit card chargeback or dispute, you agree to submit a formal written inquiry to info@schengenholidays.co.uk allowing our compliance desk 7 business days to investigate. If an unauthorized or bad-faith chargeback is initiated for services verified as delivered, Company reserves the right to pursue full recovery, statutory interest, and collection costs.
6. Cancellations, Modifications & Supplier Penalties
- Supplier Binding Policies: All airline flight reservations, cruise charters, rail passes, and luxury hotel suites are strictly governed by the cancellation policies established by the respective Suppliers. Non-refundable promotional airfares and discounted luxury suites cannot be canceled for refund once issued.
- Written Cancellation Notice: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@schengenholidays.co.uk. The date of receipt by our server establishes the effective cancellation timeline.
- Modifications Within 7 Days: Itinerary changes or appointment reschedule requests submitted within 7 days of scheduled appointments or travel dates are subject to Supplier change penalties plus a standard 20% Dream Routes administrative processing fee. Changes depend upon real-time availability and cannot be guaranteed.
7. Comprehensive Refund Policy (Visa & Travel Concierge Services)
• A refund of administrative agency service fees charged directly by Dream Routes may be requested only if Dream Routes fails to deliver the contracted visa assistance, document audit, or booking concierge service.
• Refund claims must be submitted in writing to info@schengenholidays.co.uk within 21 calendar days from the original transaction date, substantiated with official payment receipts and supporting documentation.
• If Dream Routes has already disbursed non-refundable payments on your behalf to airlines, hoteliers, ground transport operators, or visa appointment processing centers (such as VFS Global, TLScontact, or BLS), these non-recoverable outlays will be strictly deducted from any refundable balance.
• Statutory consular fees levied by sovereign embassies, national ministries of foreign affairs, or government immigration authorities are 100% non-refundable under all circumstances, regardless of whether a visa is approved, delayed, curtailed, or rejected.
Refunds will NOT be granted where: (i) a visa application dossier has already been submitted to consular authorities; (ii) travel services, airline flights, or hotel reservations have commenced; (iii) the application is delayed or rejected due to government backlogs, embassy strikes, or sovereign border decisions; (iv) the applicant provides fraudulent, incomplete, or misleading records; or (v) the client voluntarily withdraws their application after appointment securing.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days using the original payment instrument. Credit card refunds will appear on your monthly bank statement subject to your card issuer's billing cycle.
8. Consular Sovereign Immunity & Visa Outcomes Disclaimer
- Sovereign Consular Discretion: The determination to grant, reject, delay, or modify an entry visa is the exclusive, unreviewable sovereign prerogative of the respective national embassy, consulate general, or immigration authority (in accordance with sovereign state laws and the Schengen Visa Code).
- Zero Outcome Guarantee: Dream Routes guarantees professional document auditing, verifiable reservations, and priority appointment booking assistance; however, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY VISA WILL BE GRANTED OR ISSUED WITHIN ANY SPECIFIC TIMEFRAME. Border control authorities (e.g., European Border Police, US CBP) retain statutory authority to deny entry at ports of entry if entry requirements are not satisfied upon arrival. Dream Routes is not liable for border entry refusals or deportation expenses.

• Opt-Out Mechanism: You may revoke consent and opt out at any time by texting "STOP" in response to any SMS/WhatsApp message or by emailing info@schengenholidays.co.uk with your mobile number. Text "HELP" for assistance.
